Because, Who Doesn't Love Avocado?

Avocado is a summer (super)food that I cannot get enough of! Avocados are also very nutritious.

 For example:
1. Avocado is high in protein.
2. Avocado offers beneficial "healthy fats."
3. Avocado is abundant in carotenoids. Carotenoids help to promote eye health, and promote healthy functioning of the reproductive system.
4. Avocado is anti-inflammatory.
5. Avocado promotes heart health.

 So why not go buy some avocados today?
